Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
• Items must be in their original packaging
• You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at [info@myposture.fit] with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return shipping instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you'll be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
